Today is a day for American's worldwide to celebrate Thanksgiving... wherever we are. For our 3rd and final Thanksgiving in Spain, we are following tradition and once again at the Nelson home. This year however, we have a few more people and a home full of fantastic friends and family! We are so grateful for our 'family' away from family to celebrate the holidays with... and of course for Heather's fantastic food!
I am really hoping they will be moving somewhere close to Virginia next summer so we can carry on our Thanksgiving tradition stateside so I will not have to go without her amazing cooking.
