Gibraltar with the sisters... and mom

We arrived in Spain last night around 10pm and instead of driving straight home, we decided to stay in Malaga/Marbella so we could stop in Gibraltar on the way home.

Missy and I got off the plane first... so we were just waiting for Mom, Trina and Jen to get off...
This was just the crap Missy and I carried on...
She is in SPAIN!!!
... after waiting and waiting... they finally came off... LAST!
Welcome to Spain!!  My sisters and mom are finally in Spain... and it is a place I am not so lost in what people are saying. As much as I love Greece, I really need to learn more of the language before I go back (and yes... I WILL be going back at some point in my life).
We got our rental... yet another bread delivery van... loaded up and headed to the hotel.
It was late by the time we arrived we really didn't get to see much or do anything but stay up late chatting... what we had been doing every night since we all met in Greece.
Hotel view.... too bad it was too cold and we didn't have enough time to enjoy this place...
I hope we can make it back and stay for a few days, it was amazing!

The Rock:
We got to Gibraltar around 11:30-12 ish and got on the taxi tour right after we crossed the boarder.
Driving up to the first stop we got stopped at the airport crossing... a plane was taking off so the road was shut until the plane took off...
There it goes:
Driving up to the first stop... I took random pictures:

Hercules Pillars:
From there we went to St Michael's Cave:
Trina:

me and Jen:
After the caves we went outside to get in our van and saw these monkey's outside... one was nursing and I couldn't help but take a few pictures.

Trina:
Monkey time... We left the cave and went to the top of the rock- monkey central... where everyone took their turns holding the monkeys... except me:
Jen
Trina:
Missy:
Mom:
The monkeys would not leave Jen alone!!
They kept going back to her... and her hair!!
This was just one of the many times they assaulted her:
We then asked the tour guide to take a picture of all of us in front of the monkeys... when we got ready for the picture..... one little guy decided it would be a good idea to take moms hat... and play with it. It was so cute... and hilarious!!

We then made our way back down the rock and to another cave...
This is a view of Spain:
Inside the other cave:
Missy, Trina, and Jen
When the tour was over, we got dropped off in the plaza for lunch and to shop around before heading home.
Where to go... what to do first... shop... eat.... shop... eat?!
We shopped a bit, then ate at Roy's (only the best fish and chip place on the rock...) and then shopped a bit more before heading out.

Street vendor:
Glass factory:
Fire station is at the airport...
Walking across the runway:
On the way home everyone was sleeping except Missy... thankfully (since she was in the front seat)!!
Her glasses broke and she decided to have fun with them...
and crack me up in the meantime... She was too funny!!!
Woot woot... we are close!!
