Fun with science!!

Morgan bought a science kit while we were in Toronto and has been eager to try it out!  Today Steve helped her get a clock working with potatoes and they all (Aydin, Morgan and Liam) thought it was the coolest thing in the world!! 

I love that our kids enjoy science!

Easter... a week later!

Today we celebrated Easter because we were not home for it last week.  The kids woke up and were very excited to find baskets...

 After church the kids found their first hint for the golden egg.

 This year... it was in the mailbox.

 We also had our egg hunt with fabulous people... Blaine and Maria (and kids), Alvaro and Susanna (and girls) and Ronnie and Virginia (and little lady).  We thought it would be fun to include our Spanish friends on the hunt... and we were right... the girls LOVED it!!

The Powell's came a bit early to eat lunch... and help set up.

We hid all the eggs while the kids played inside.... they were EVERY WHERE!!!

 Susanna needed to run home for a minute... so we waited to start.

 We made the older kids wait a minute while the younger ones got started.  They thought were being tortured...

I love moments like these with people we love.  

We are so lucky to have found amazing friends to share holidays (and make up holidays) with!!
