Monday Funday

Today is Columbus Day for us Americans and Hispanidad Day for Spain.  Our friends came over to show us how to make paella, hang out, eat, and enjoy each others company.  Steve and I are on our final months here in Spain and have too many things to do, see, and learn before moving back.  This was one of those things we had to learn how to do... its just too good to not have when we are living in Virginia.
We have been blessed with meeting amazing people these past few years and are so grateful for their friendship.  These people are friends we hope to have for our lifetime- to keep in contact with and even meet up with as often as possible.  It is friends like these that make moving away so much more difficult but yet make our life here so much more enjoyable!
