Heather found this little lake-play area in Zahara that looked amazing. We had been talking about taking the kids for a few weeks now and realized summer is coming to an end quickly and we are running out of time to take them.... SO today we decided to load up the kiddos and drive into Zahara. We packed lunches, toys, and balls so the kids could play in and out of the water... and enjoy themselves.
After the hour and a half drive, we finally made it... It was beautiful!!
The kids dropped all their stuff off as fast as they could and ran to the water... only to stop short the second they put their feet in. It was FREEZING!! No way was I getting in that was for sure.
Cold water didn't stop the older kids from going in... they pushed through the cold and enjoyed themselves!!
