Dubrovnik, Croatia

Today we stopped in Dubrovnik for a few hours.  To date- this is by far my most favorite place I have traveled.  It is so beautiful!!  

My first and only desire of the day was to see the ocean and get my feet in the Mediterranean for the first time ever... so that is what we did.  We had to go through the Old City to get to the other side where the beaches were.  This Old City was absolutely beautiful.  It has city walls around it to protect it called the Revelin Fortress dating all the way back to the 16th century.  We walked by the water fountain, Barrocan Cathedral, churches, monasteries, palaces, restaurants, shops, and houses.

Walking around to get to the beach we ran into these men playing.  They were fantastic.


We made it through the town- and to the beach!!  We stopped at this little spot called East West.
