I can honestly say, I have missed this area. I did not think I missed California too much until I came back to visit. Being here makes me miss this side of the country and all its beauty.
Today we spent the day in Monterey with the kids. We took them to Denis the Menace Park and then walked by the water followed by driving the coast (if you know my dad, then you are not surprised with us driving the coast).
