I cannot believe that over three years had passed since I last saw my siblings and this was the first time since then that my whole (immediate) family got together. Although we definitely missed Mike's family and Ben’s wifey and Trina' and Gary's kids, it was SO nice to see everyone else!!

Utah was a blast!! I never thought I could ever have a good time going to the land of wierd… but I did!!

THANK YOU John for finally getting married so we all had an excuse to get together!!

We flew in Tuesday night and I finally met my new sister in law (to be) and I love her. I just wished we had more time to spend hanging out. Thursday was the beautiful wedding ceremony. Morgan was so happy that Lindsey asked if she would be a flower girl. She loved her dress, getting her hair done, painting her nails…. And POSING for EVERY picture. She loved the camera!! Although I was sad John and Lindsey left right after the reception, the rest of the family had a blast.

We went back to my Aunt Georgia’s house to hang out. My brothers are hilarious… they kept us all laughing with childhood stories. Friday we went to the bounce house with Ben and his kids, Missy and Mike and their kids, and my parents.
that afternoon, we all went to Missy’s for a BBQ and to hangout. After dinner, all the guys and Jen and Jessica went up to Sundance to ski/snowboard while the girls and all the kids had a puppet show.

Saturday everyone (except us) left Utah… so we went to Trafalga to let the kids play mini golf and go carts. Aydin loved that he was finally tall enough to drive a car by himself.

Sunday was church and dinner at Jen and Corom’s, Monday we went to eat all together one last time… and that was that.

Monday night we drove to Aunt Georgia’s for the night and we left early early Tuesday morning. I can’t say I will miss Utah or that I hope to go back soon… but I sure do miss my family already!! It was so fun seeing everyone again and I hope it will not be another 3 years before we see each other again.

Happy Birthday Princess Morgan!!

6 years have come and gone... way too fast!!
Morgan Dakota has been such a blessing in our lives and we are so happy she is a member of this family. She has a smile that makes you smile, a laugh that is contagious, and a fun personality that makes you want to be around her (most of the time).
She is loved by all who knows her; her brothers, friends, teachers, and US!!

Good Morning Morgan... Look at all your presents!!

Before school, she opened some of her presents... I am a sucker for excitement!

A new karaoke cd playerDog on a leash....
This year she had her friends Julianne, Tristen and Isabella sleep over. They sang with her new cd player, jumped on the trampoline, played outside, watched a movie, had pizza and ice cream, and partied until they could not party anymore...

Her party with all her other friends was at Main beach park. All she wanted was to play at the park with her friends. She had a blast!!

Echo- Welcome to the family

Sadly enough for our friends- they can not move with their dog. Best news to Steve- he has his DREAM dog. Echo- welcome to our family. He is a 15 month old German Shepard- and is the best. He is well behaved- trained- and great with the kids.

Aydins Baptism

February 12th is a day Aydin will never forget.
For him and all of us- this was a very special day. He made the choice to get baptized and become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. My parents flew in for the service (and so my dad could preform the baptism).
Not only did my parents come for the weekend, Kevin, Amy, Kainoa, and Kamele Perez drove 10 hours one way to be here for him. He had a great weekend filled with family, friends, and happiness.
Aydin- I am so proud of you and your decision to become a member of the church. You always try to do the right things and make the right choices, and this was a great one. I love you!

Liam- 7 months

So I haven’t posted much on the blog lately… let alone much on Little Liam. He is already 7 months- where in the world did the time go? He is so much fun! We are so happy to have Liam in our family as he brings so much joy to each and every one of us. Liam these past few weeks is scooting all around the house, has learned how to sit up by himself, and is growing so big- 20 pounds.
