Goodbye Daddy

Sad farwell..... Well this was long overdue- but Steve has finally left for his 1st deployment. After 4 and a half years of being the Navy- we couldnt get out of it any longer. I took the kids to Fort Clinch to see the boat off and it was great to see it off. I never thought we would see it this close without being on base- but it just went on by. We sure will miss him this summer!!

YAY! I am so happy you have a blog! I knew it was only a matter of time. I am so sad that Steve is gone, and for the summer just makes it worse. Time goes so fast it seems like our first patrol was just last year when really three years have past. I love your kids give them a big hug from me!
