Babysitting

This week has been a crazy one... full of fun, chaos, kids, and love. 

I had Eric and Heather's 3 kids from Tuesday morning-Thursday evening and Trent and Millie's 3 from Wednesday afternoon- Thursday evening.  

Although it was a full house around here, I was surprised to hear how quite and see how they all got along without any fighting and complaining (ok not too much complaining). 

Because we could not all fit in one car, we spent our days here at the house playing or in the pool and at the beach. 

 

Trent and Millie were getting on a plane Thursday night to move back to the states and I was so glad they were able to spend their last night and day here with us (with the kids).  Aydin and Luke and Emry and Morgan have become best buds- a friendship that I hope will last throughout their childhood and into adulthood.  They are an amazing family and will be missed deeply.  I know the kids are not going to be the same here in Spain without them here to hang out with.  They truly have made our time here overseas easier, have formed bonds with one another that they were not able to make with anyone else, and above all- are amazing kids.  As for Millie- she is one of a kind, the best travel companion, and a great friend.  Price family- I hate to see you move but we are so excited for what you have to come with your new life outside of the military.
