Our new place!!!

Wow!  Steve and I are continuously blessed with everything we have in our lives.  One week after arriving to Spain, we found a place to live in that we absolutely love.  We decided to move into the first house we walked though (we did walk through others but this one was too good to pass up).
We moved in August 1st, our household goods arrived on the 2nd and today being the 5th, we finally have pictures to post!!  Take a look at our new place that we will be in for the next 3 years (hopefully 6)...

CALLE MARINO 16, CHIPIONA

The front:

The side... walking up to the front door:

The front door is amazing!! Its like a big giant castle door without doorknobs...

 Entry way:

To the right of the entry way- the kitchen is on the right and the master bedroom on the left. Here is the cocina:

To the left of the entry way:
The comedor y salon

Downstairs is the basement and it is huge!!!

We have Aydin's room in the far corner towards the left (still have stuff to put on his wall):

The bar: (Not at all finished but here is a picture anyway):

The living room (the movers left our screws to the TV so that part is not finished until we get the replacement parts- that is why the boxes are still on the floor):

 And the garage:

Going back upstairs- past the first floor is the bedrooms.
As you walk up the stairs, the windows have beautiful stained glass...

Open area (hallway almost) to the bedrooms

Once you are up the stairs, the bathroom is on the very right:

Liam's bedroom is next to the bathroom (a terrace off his room to the right):

Morgan's bedroom is to the left:

With her very own walk in closet:

And the spare bedroom to the immediate left (Your room is ready when you are ready to visit!!!):

Both Morgan's bedroom and the spare room have an adjoining terrace overlooking the backyard and the beach!!!

From the second floor- you can go up one more floor to the top where it is a sitting room that will take you to the right or the left both going into terraces.  Once overlooking the front of the house, the beach, the church, the lighthouse, town, etc.  The other looks over the backyard, the beach and the other part of the neighborhood.
The view from the front terrace:

Backyard pictures:

The kids spend most of their time going in and out of the pool...

So whenever you are ready to visit... we are ready to have you!!!

Jaesi- COME VISIT!!! I couldnt get you out to California but maybe you will come now!! The beach is fantastic... I will be posting those pictures probably tomorrow... The water reminds me a bit of Flroidas (north) it is a little cooler but it is still warm (at least in the summers).
Kelly- You just wait.. you may be staying for good :)
Lucia- I agree and if you ever want to come visit, you have a place!
Emily- Thanks- we will be seeing you guys soon I hope... we are planning a trip out that way once we get out passports back from the Navy (had to get some sort of Spanish SSN while we are here).
I really hope we dont ever have to leave- I love it here and we have only been here for a few weeks. Of course, that may all change in a few years, but I am not sure how :)
