Shelburne Farms

Today we went to Shelburne Farms. We parked about a few miles from the farm and took a tractor ride up to the farm. Once we got off, we let the kids loose. They ran from the sheep, to the goats, to the bunnies, and cows, and chickens. They had so much fun running around, chasing after chickens and playing store.

I told the kids I would pay them a dollar if they caught and held a chicken... little did I know how easy that would be.

Perfect night...

Today we did not do a single thing... well I take that one back. I did homework all day while the kiddos played outside and enjoyed the neighbor kids company. They did not complain once either.

Once Susan got home from work, Aydin went out fishing with Uncle Mike and we went for dinner on the lake and walked around for a bit. It was a perfect night for a stroll but not so much for fishing!!
