Weekend with cousins!!

Auntie Sherry is spoiling these kids!!!  Today the older kids had a church trip to the temple so Sherry took Aydin, Morgan and Sean to go bowling.  When they got out of the car, the kids mentioned that that was their favorite bowling trip ever.

Later, Ben and Jen came over with Cooper and Drew to hang out and for ice cream sundaes.  It was so much fun to have all of the kids together playing- even if it was only for a few hours.

After church today, Ben and Jen came back over to have dinner and spend the evening together.  I am so glad they came back even though they were here last night.  Not only was dinner amazing (I dont think my kids are going to want to leave for the meals alone) but spending time together is something I have missed these past 9 years.

We walked to the park (5 houses down) and played frisbee and on the playground.  After the park, we came home to Sherry's fantastic Texas sheet cake and ice cream for dessert.  

CALIFORNIA!!!

We have arrived and are so happy to be hanging out with our family.  Mike and Sherry have been nice enough to let us stay with them for the week before we head up to my parents.  I cannot believe how big their kids have become and how much has changed around the house.  I have not been here since summer of 2003!!

Thursday we picked up Andrew (my nephew) early from school and niece Taylor and her friend Matea and headed to In-n-Out and then to a soft serve ice cream and candy store!  This place was fantastic!!!

Friday was Sean's 5th grade graduation.  After the graduation, Sherry took Sean, Aydin and Morgan to the park with her to her class party while I went to the Toyota dealership.  After, I took Liam, Taylor and 6 of her friends to her firends' house to be the 'adult' chaperone while they swam while Sherry, Andrew, Sean, Aydin, and Morgan to Sky High to play for a few hours (a warehouse full of trampolines and such that the kids can go crazy on).

Goodbye Florida!

Today we are leaving Florida for good and heading to California for the next 6-8 weeks.  The kids are so excited to spend a few weeks with their cousins and grandparents before DADDY comes home!!!  Steve will be meeting us in San Diego July 10(ish).  That day cannot come soon enough.

The past four years in Florida have been wonderful.  We have been so very blessed to have met such great friends we call family.  We are really going to miss our lives in Florida but are looking forward to our future in Spain.

Park day (Jennings Birthday Party)

We went to Jennings birthday party at Goffinsville Park.  Although we had a great time celebrating her birthday, it was also an added bonus for us to see our friends one last time before we had to leave.  The kids had so much fun playing together.

Happy Birthday Jennings.  We are going to miss you and your family!!

I cannot say it enough about the great friends I have made while living in Florida. 

 I am so grateful for the women in my lives and the wonderful examples they have been to me.  Karlie offered her house for me to use to have my favorite gals come and hang out one last time.  Although not everyone that I wanted to see could make it... I enjoyed the time with the ones that did.  Thank you ladies for coming over and a huge thanks to Karlie for opening up your house to my favorite peeps.
