Suns Baseball game

We had the chance to go with three other families to see the Jacksonville Suns play baseball. Even though it was hot hot hot outside, the game was slow, a little boring, and tied 0-0 at the bottom of the ninth inning, we had a great time (with 20 people- how could you not have fun?). After the game we stayed to watch a great firework show.

Labor Day beach day

This Labor Day- Steve had the day off so we went to the beach with our friends for the day. We took a mini grill, grilled burgers and hot dogs, played in the water, laid out, played in the sand, and the boys even tried surfing (the waves were so small that the younger boys- Aydin and Jimmie had a great time while the older boy- husbands tried). We had a great time with the family and in the sun!

We (Jennifer and I) had to laugh at our husbands.. this was what the waves looked like for the day and they still were out there. So sad :)

Aydin is getting better with standing up- now we just need bigger waves!
